  1. Setting change in CloudwaysCDN CORS policy

    I'm using WordPress for all my site and when adding a CDN, I ALWAYS have to contact support to have the CORS policy reset. Google Chrome will show CORS errors in their console and fonts won't load correctly.

    Can we get a checkbox in the CloudwaysCDN area to toggle the CORS policy instead of having to contact support?

  3. Info suggesting resources used by my website?

    Lets say I use the $10 monthly pack today. Now how do i decide if I need more resources for my website? i.e. how do I know i need $22 /month pack as my website users have increased? I think there should be an icon on dashboard where i should be shown that I am using my resources (current plan) to full capacity and will benefit from more resources...

  5. Advanced Search Control in Cloudways Account Panel

    I think the search tool could be improved by adding the ability to search by IP address. Filters to show only certain servers, etc would also be welcome.

  6. 1 click cpanel server application

    1 click cpanel application server will be great.
    Here is the vultr link with this application > https://www.vultr.com/apps/cpanel

    I know that cloudways has a custom native control panel for hosting purposes but a lot of customer still wants cpanel

    So adding a fast server that cpanel installed with nignx, varnish will be great.

  7. Tab focus for the 2FA box

    It's only a small thing but when logging in using 2FA the tab focus isn't on the code box so it's another click to enter the code. All of the other systems I use focus the 2FA code box so it's something I'm used to.

    i would like to have own nameserver like

    ns2.owndomain.com

    so when public search which proivder we are using, its show owndomain.com instead of cloudaysnameserver.com

  11. Give full access to team member, except delete server/apps

    give full access on server settings and apps to a team member
    Except - kind of obvious... - the possibility for him to delete the server (or the apps)

    Now, if we want to do this, we will be forced to go check the permission access everytime we create an app ! It's annoying/impossible

    Getting Elastic Email SMTP params and credential in smtp section of the server interface when Elastic Email is selected.

  14. Allow existing Cloudways customer accounts to be added as team members to projects in another account

    Essentially, when adding team members to a project, trying to add a user with an email address that is already a customer of cloudways (has an existing account via that email address), will result in an error notification - "You cannot add this email as team member. Use a different email for this user or contact support for more information."

    This seems problematic as, with a client on more than one project or across a different account, one can only add the same client by insisting the client maintain several email address for each instance of a team member addition. …

    To save a couple steps, please add a link directly to our support tickets from the console, preferably opened in a new tab. Then we don't have to navigate to the support domain and click on Submit a Ticket.

  16. Add an API endpoint to GET SSH keys

    You have a way to add, update, and delete SSH keys via the API, but there is no way to list SSH keys. Therefore, if you want to update or delete an SSH key (especially one that you added via the control panel) there is no way to do it via the API because you don't know the SSH key ID.

  17. Transferring of [application] from one server to another Client Server - Both are using cloudways

    Hello,

    It would be pretty easy process for users consider in the following scenario:

    1. Transferring of application from one account to another account.

    2. Only when both users are using cloudways.

    Now transferring of server is available. Just like that it would be great to transfer individual application to another cloudways account.

    Hope it will get soon implemented.

  19. Migrating Server Instructions Added

    I think instructions for migrating a server shiuld be added. And especially, it should cover things like how not to make your domains names point to each other, because I had the issue that my domain names pointed to each other so when someone went to one of my sites they could see another one of my sites, and this happened during the migration. The support staff could not figure this out, and I was scared to migrate. Howvever, I was able to figure out what caused the issue by myself. And as it turns out the site IP will…

  20. Uninstall Instructions for CDN Needed

    I think there should be uninstall instructions for the CDN added, because I tried to find out how to uninstall it prior to migrating to a new server, and there was no info about it and the rep I spoke with said it should be fine to leave it on. However, when I migrated, my site broke and images didn't display properly, so I think we need uninstall instructions for uninstalling our CDNs before we decided to mirgrate to new servers.
