create a separate architecture for membership wordpress
wordpress scales better with cache. but this cache is a nightmare if yours is a membership site. the members always see pages guest page loaded from cache, not there account specific page.
so having a correct cache setup for membership site is a mandatory.4 votes -
Add a button to apply MYSQL user ownership to the public_html directory
Adding a button to apply MYSQL user ownership to the files public_html directory for Moodle will save CSR time and allow them to work on more pressing issues. At the moment you have to contact Cloudways to fix the permissions on that folder after you upgrade your Moodle installation.

More servers located in Brazil!
The only server located in Brazil is from Amazon. The value is too high for more common applications. Please, we urgently need more servers in Brazil regardless of the provider.

Pull and select git tags in panel
Pulling all tags of an repository and checkout through this tags is very common when we talk about git.
But the problem is, when we work with git in cloudways panel, we don't have much options.And, for me and my company, working with git tags is very important.
I think is important that you consider this feature in panel. Because move to the ssh and do this with a master credential is a big problem and has a lot of insecure points.

Direct Access to DNS Integration
Having direct access to the DNS add-on would have made things a lot easier. There are many different DNS setups that make it difficult to know exactly what is needed to add and or remove things. And via ticketing service makes it really difficult and confusing.

Increase and decrease RAM and CPU
I think that it would be really cool to integrate option for increasing and decreasing RAM and CPU only without increasing storage space, which can be done on Digital Ocean platform. Right now we can only increase entire package, but can't decrease it, while on Digital Ocean I can just increase RAM and CPU when my server is busy for few hours and just decrease it when I don't need it.

Enable one-click install for WordPress in a sub directory
It would be nice to have a one click install of Wordpress in subdirectory. I am sure this is a feature in demand from many customers.

App based settings and packages
It would be great to be able to setup different Settings and Packages to each app on the server. One can use MySQL, the other can use MariaDB etc...

Get MySQL Access through API
Cloudways API is really great to use, but there's only one thing missing while using the API. I can't get the database / mysql credentials from db name, user, and password.
It's really needed for developers who want to build automation through API. Please consider to allow us just to READ / GET those 3 credentials access.

Transfer Billing To Another Account (With Affiliate Commission)
It would be great, especially for freelancers and agencies, to be able to create a new server with an application and then transfer the server to another account for billing. (Just like Flywheel does.)
I am aware of this feature https://support.cloudways.com/how-to-transfer-server-to-another-account/ but I don't believe the affiliate commission is gained from such transfer. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

STOP USING AJAX FOR SAVING CONSOLE CHANGES!!
It's slower than traditional POST/submit button. Pain in the backside when having to make multiple changes. Please sort.

Security Log for Team Members
I would love to see some form of a actions/security log which is stores X amount of entries per month.
What Security/Actions Log?
Ability to track who has logged in from where.
Which Team Member has moved, created, deleted applications.
Which Team Member has changed a setting within Servers/Applictions.Any other detailed information.
Here is an example that PHPBB uses, or Wordpress Security Audit which has similar functions as to what im suggesting.

Improve cloning process
On cloning an application, optionally allow me to specify the target url and a checkbox to specify that I want an SSL certificate installed.
This would greatly help improve the process to get that cloned server up and running much quicker.

run script after git deploy
the ability to provide a .sh script that will be run after each git deploy if the file cloudways/build.sh is found for exemple.
this way you can run npm install, or anything related to a framework deploy (symfony commands for exemple), or even database migrations
