Checkboxes on the Elastic Email "Verify Domain" page
Please could you add checkboxes to the "Verify Domain" page so we can see clearly which DNS records are missing?
I am colour blind so I find it very difficult to see the colours Red and Green properly. If there were checkboxes it would be much clearer to see. I imagine this is quite an easy fix to make. Thanks

New Relic for EU Accounts
Currently, New Relic is seems to only be allowed for NON EU based New Relic accounts.
New Relic support for EU Accounts should be given priority.

Team Permissions
Please give us the option to give permission to applications for members of specific project. right now I have to select each application to give permission to a member but instead, I want to give permission to all applications listed under the same project to a member.

Add another primary owner or give the team member the ability to add people to the team.
I have an agency and I need to have someone other than myself be able to add/remove team members without them using my login. Can we add a feature for us to choose other team members to have the privileges to add / remove team members?

After using security plugins to change the wp-admin URL I would like to be able to change the URL link in the admin panel section of an application. It seems like a simple change.

Add Cloudflare Enterprise Clear Cache REST API Endpoint
There is a manual cache clear button in Cloudway's control panel for clearing the Cloudflare Enterprise cache, but no way to clear this automatically.
Adding a new REST API endpoint https://developers.cloudways.com/docs/ to do this would allow developers to automate this when doing a deployment, or when clearing their application cache.

Remove username/password restrictions on htaccess "Password Protection"
Currently when setting "Password Protection" on a staging server, the username field has a restriction of "Only lowercase alphanumeric characters are allowed", and the password field has a series of requirements for a strong password.
I am all for password strength in most cases, but in the case of htpasswd protection, I think people have a variety of use cases. For instance you may want to only provide reasonable protection on a staging server to keep search engines, and bots out, etc etc. And often times you share staging with a client.

Will be able to share any app and server with any CW user
Like in "Google Drive". Status today is that you have to create a new account for every team member and if they are already have CW account so you can not use that... I think it can and should be easier and simpler.

scale down easily
For most providers (except Google and AWS) there is an easy way to scale up but it is impossible to scale down. Make it possible to scale down as well.

Clear Breeze cache via API / GIT Action
It would be wonderful to have the Breeze cache cleared on new GIT push or other API functionality, so the cache-clearing was handled automatically.
An alternate solution would be a hook that could be tricked in combination to the WP versioning. If we bump up the "CURRENT_VERSION" the cache is automatically cleared.

Let us specify the root for a new SFTP account
This is such a basic feature that exists on any cPanel hosting plan. Simply allow us to set the root folder for a new SFTP accounts for an application.
I have software that automatically uploads to the SFTP but the upload fails because your default root (applcations/(appname) is not writable. Simply add a field to let us specify where the root for he new SFTP we just created will be (i.e. applications/(appname)/public_html/newfolder
I cannot stress enough how useful this will be for us developers and will make the CloudWays experience more robust and scalable.

Salt & hash all passwords currently visible/viewable in CloudWays admin
While the CloudWays service is great, I've been concerned for a while now that I can simply click to copy passwords for SFTP, SSH, databases & WordPress. My concerns have been amplified as yesterday over 1.2 million compromised passwords were stolen from GoDaddy because they stored their details in a similar way: https://wptavern.com/godaddy-data-breach-exposes-1-2-million-active-and-inactive-managed-wordpress-hosting-accounts
Simply put: ALL passwords stored on CloudWays should be salted & hashed. There should be no way for CloudWays (or me) to retrieve them once they've been saved. The fact that I can indicates they are being stored as plaintext, which is a huge security issue. Passwords…

Allow to create multiple Origin Server with cloudflare
Origin Certificates
Generate a free TLS certificate signed by Cloudflare to install on your origin server.Origin Certificates are only valid for encryption between Cloudflare and your origin server.
When I try to do this with cloudway just have the option for one domain and not multiple domains.
I hope cloudway create the option to add more domains and not just one.

Email notifications after server OS has been upgraded
Hi,
The current issue is that server OS upgrade may break part of application functionality and even if I set maintenance window I may miss when server has been upgraded.For example, I have about 20 servers waiting for upgrade for Debian 10 and scheduled it with maintenance window, but I'm not sure which Monday you will start upgrade and which of my servers will be upgraded.
So after your upgrade I may start getting random calls from my customers about their application doesn't work properly and I'll have to burn in a rush of contacting CW support and fix…

WordPress Theme / Plugin Packages
It would be great if we could get some kind of user defined WordPress Themes and/or plugin packages.
In detail:
If you have a certain theme and or plugins you use on every of your WordPress installs, you currently have to install all them by hand which is taking a lot of time.
There should be an option (like in Plesk) where you can create a "package", set a name for it and add themes and plugins to it.
After that, one should be able to select a created package when a new installation is created, that installs those themes…

Ability to Re-Order Servers & Better Organize Them
I want to change the order that my servers appear inside of my dashboard. It would be nice if I could drag and drop the servers into my desired order.
I also would like the ability to create server hierarchy. For example, I could have a group of servers for "XYZ client" with the list of servers under that, and another group of servers for "ABC client" with the list of those servers under that grouping.
