  1. Offer the 1.6.x branch of Prestashop alongside the 1.7

    The latest version of Prestashop is 1.7. However it is a large departure from the 1.6 codebase.

    There are currently very very few themes/addons with full compatibility right now.

    You should offer the 1.6.x branch for installation alongside the 1.7.

    Similar to what you offer with magento with the 1.9.x and the 2.0.x releases

  5. Make pricing more transparent (and understandable)

    I'm not asking you to be the cheapest but make it clear how your pricing works. My specific issue is with the way Google Cloud instances are marked up. The highlighted instance has what seems a reasonable 30% margin whereas a larger instance ends up 255% more expensive than Google Cloud itself.

    Server Pilot (i know, not quite the same) have a fixed $ fee per server you maintain with them. This makes sense as if you were pricing based on 'effort', there's no additional effort for you should I choose to use a higher spec'd VM.

  7. More mysql config options

    It would be nice to have more granular access to the mysql/mariadb configuration. A few more items that would be good to be able to configure:

  8. Show the full server path for an application in the control panel

    Right now the only way to find the full server path to an application is to log on through SSH and find what the actual folder name and path is for the /applications folder. It would be great if this could be displayed somewhere in the control panel.

  10. Display apps in two or three columns

    The apps lists currently shows all apps using a single column layout. That is all good when managing the account through a smartphone, but not so much when doing it via the desktop browser - even more so when there are tens of apps (my case; I run a small web hosting/web design service).

    I suggest that the apps list should display apps in two or three column layouts. I believe it would be much easier to find whatever app I'm looking for. Also, a text search would not be that bad.

    BTW this is how ManageWP shows its websites…

  11. WP-CLI commands when creating an application

    Would it possible when creating a wordpress application using the CloudWays API that you can specify some WP-CLI commands that run after creation so you can install plugins and set other options with an API call? This saves having to SSH into the new application.

  12. Enable subdomains for apps using backend and frontend with same DB

    Enable the possibility to create esily subdomains for alternate access to the app. For example myapp.com and backend.myapp.com.

  14. Compact view of applications list

    At the moment, if you have a long list of applications, it is really difficult to work with that page. Add a toggle button for a compact view where we have a table instead, so more applications fit on the screen

  15. Let the users to set "connection" to Keep-Alive

    I want to install a App on server, the precondition to install this App is one of the server setting as following:
    "connection" : Keep-Alive

    But I find these is no such setting on cloudways.

  17. Let me backup to my own storage

    Cloudways is shaping up as a potentially good option for me however I need to be able to backup to my own storage in the event something goes wrong with Cloudways.

    It would be ideal to choose between Cloudways own backup option and my own using S3/Google nearline etc.
